These Terms and Conditions apply to Soteksa websites, services, and communications, including Soteksa Dispatch. By using Soteksa services or receiving service communications, you agree to these terms.

Soteksa Dispatch SMS Terms

Soteksa Dispatch sends operational job dispatch alerts, schedule updates, work order details, and related service notifications to workers added by their employer or dispatcher.

Users opt in when they provide their phone number to their employer or dispatcher and agree to receive job dispatch alerts from Soteksa Dispatch.

Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply HELP for help.
Reply STOP to opt out.

After replying STOP, users may no longer receive dispatch SMS messages unless they opt in again.

Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Use of Soteksa Services

Soteksa services are intended to support construction safety, dispatch, job assignment, and related operational workflows. Users and companies are responsible for providing accurate information and using the services in a lawful and appropriate manner.

Website Inquiries and Appointment Requests

Submitting a website inquiry or requesting an appointment does not guarantee acceptance as a customer, a specific appointment time, or availability of a particular service. Users are responsible for providing accurate contact and scheduling information. Soteksa may contact the requester by email or telephone to respond to the request or confirm scheduling details.

AI and Automated Features

AI chat, AI receptionist, voice automation, summaries, recommendations, and other automated features may produce incomplete or inaccurate results. These features are provided to assist with routing, scheduling, communication, and business workflows and are not a substitute for professional, legal, medical, safety, or emergency advice. Users must independently review important information and should not submit medical, emergency, password, payment-card, or other highly sensitive information through general inquiry tools.

Third-Party Platforms

Soteksa may use third-party platforms, including HighLevel and LeadConnector, to provide forms, customer relationship management, calendars, workflow automation, communications, hosting, and related functionality. Availability may be affected by maintenance, internet connectivity, carrier restrictions, or third-party service interruptions.

Separate Communication Consent

Consent for one communication program does not constitute consent for another. In particular, consent to receive Soteksa Dispatch operational messages does not constitute consent to receive consultation, appointment, marketing, AI receptionist, or other unrelated text messages. Any additional recurring or automated SMS program requires its own applicable opt-in process.

Service Availability

Soteksa works to keep its services available and reliable, but service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, connectivity, third-party provider issues, or other conditions outside Soteksa's control.

Privacy

Use of Soteksa services is also governed by the Soteksa Privacy Policy.
