In addition to the Soteksa Dispatch practices described in this Privacy Policy, this Policy also applies when a person visits the Soteksa website, requests information or a demonstration, schedules a consultation, communicates with Soteksa, or asks about Soteksa software, AI receptionist, customer relationship management, appointment scheduling, or business automation services.

Information Collected Through Website Inquiries and Scheduling

Soteksa may collect information submitted through website forms or scheduling tools, including first and last name, email address, telephone number, company or employer, website address, service interests, appointment details, and the contents of a message. Soteksa uses HighLevel and LeadConnector as service providers for website forms, customer relationship management, appointment scheduling, lead tracking, workflow automation, and related business communications. Information submitted through an embedded HighLevel or LeadConnector form or calendar may be processed and stored through those services on Soteksa's behalf. Soteksa may also use hosting, database, authentication, email-delivery, analytics, and communications providers where reasonably necessary to operate its website and services.

Email, Telephone, and Text Communications

When a person submits a request, Soteksa may respond by email or telephone about that request. Soteksa will send automated or recurring text messages for a separate program only when the recipient has completed the opt-in process applicable to that program. Consent to Soteksa Dispatch messages is not consent to receive consultation, appointment, marketing, AI receptionist, or other unrelated text messages.

AI-Enabled Features

If Soteksa enables an AI chat, AI receptionist, voice automation, or similar feature, the contents of the interaction may be processed to respond to the request, route the inquiry, schedule an appointment, or improve service delivery. Where required, Soteksa will provide notice before recording or transcribing a communication. Website visitors should not submit medical information, emergency information, account passwords, payment-card details, or other highly sensitive information through a general inquiry or appointment form.

Retention and Privacy Requests

Soteksa retains inquiry, appointment, and customer relationship information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, to maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Mobile Opt-In Data and Consent

Workers may opt in to Soteksa Dispatch SMS messages when they provide their mobile phone number to their employer, dispatcher, or company representative for job dispatch purposes and agree to receive operational job dispatch alerts from Soteksa Dispatch.

Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

No Sale of Personal Information

Soteksa does not sell personal information.
